WELCOME...

... to our guest house!  We are located between the first 2 watchtowers you see as you come into Mestia from the Zugdidi direction, up on the left.  Our street is just behind the new Town Hall.  We have plenty of space for guests all year round - 5 rooms available.  We're also quite experienced.  I speak English, Georgian, Svan and Russian.  Make us your base in Mestia!

    I stayed at Roza's place in summer of 2010. I recommended it to some other friends, who liked it very much. Best place in Mestia!!!! Great food!!!

    My wife & I have been staying here since November 2010 - I'm a TLG English teacher in School #1. We couldn't have asked for better place to stay, or family to stay with, in Mestia! Peaceful, friendly, great service - but more: these people have become our friends forever.
